k so I paid larry the toe 500 dollars to tell me where Big Lucy's Cabaret was and I still can't find it...

Big Lucy is only useful if you are doing hunts--hunts can only be done if you are in ana agency and you can only be in agency if you are subscribed.
Everything at Lucy's is pretty overpriced and not very good...
Don;t worry! We've all made that mistake...
