Faction head: what else do I have to do?

I have always thought that in order to become a faction head you only had to have more faction points than the current faction head. However, if you compare the current Eastern Triads Golden Dragon, he only has 38 while I have 41, and yesterday I had 42 while the Dragon had 41. Is there something else I am missing in order to become faction head?

It is the person who has the most points at turn over, which is Midnight Sleuth Time (the current time is listed in city hall).

Your points may go up over what that person has during the day, but if you are not the top person at that specific point in time then you do not get the title.

By keeping your self up in the 40s you stand a good chance of achieving your goal one day.

Thanks very much! It has come in handy for me, twice now. =)
