To try and help out here.

In IE.

Up in your tool bar, click on Tools.
Then on that menu is your pop up blocker.
You can either turn it Off or go to settings and set Sleuth to allow pop ups.

You should have a yellow bar saying that a pop up has been blocked for the messages that others have tried to send.

Well, I don't have that so it must be something else. I did that and it says that it's off.

Ok, then it might be your Virus/fire wall protection.

Some (such as Norton) have additional pop up blockers there as well.

I will send another PM to test with you also. You will likely get a bunch of them one after another after you fix this, as the backlog flows through.

They only pop up as you click on a new link somewhere in Sleuth.

I'll be logged out for a few minutes, but will be back.

Maybe I should turn my pop up blocker on to see if that yellow bar comes up or not and if that doesn't work then I can try to do this on my lab top
