How do I join one??? If you reply to this and your part of an agency, can I join your's???

They should pop up automatically anytime you go to a different page/screen when your popup blocker is off. You may have to go into 'Tools', 'Options' and 'allow sites' to specifically allow popups from the sleuth site. That's for the firefox browser. I think IE is similar, but I haven't used it in so long, I'm not sure.

LOL are you using Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Netscape or ? It's what you use to be online.

To try and help out here.

In IE.

Up in your tool bar, click on Tools.
Then on that menu is your pop up blocker.
You can either turn it Off or go to settings and set Sleuth to allow pop ups.

You should have a yellow bar saying that a pop up has been blocked for the messages that others have tried to send.
