Rant/Question- False Accusation

I know the reasons why I falsely accused a person. I'm not going to stand behind and say that it's not fair. I earned it. I can still moan though.
Here is my question: Because I've been saving up to buy a Tommy Gun, my fee to erase false accusations is $7000. If I buy the gun, will the fee go down?
(ie. since the price of the gun is $8000, I will have only $440 left. will the false accusation price still be $7000?)
If not... yippie.
If so... I'm going to be kicking myself for months.

Shady's fee is based on your experience points. The higher your experience points, the higher his fee. Buying the Tommy gun or not will have no effect on how much he charges.
I speak from very, very recent experience: In the grand scheme of things, $7000 is NOTHING. Pay it now before it gets higher. Good luck :)
