About Favours...
Do they count as one of your daily cases? So say that since I have completed my quota of three. Does that mean I can not do favours for people, or work on making contacts?

You can do all three cases plus a favour. :0)

You get a favor for every four cases you solve correctly...With the last favor counting as one of the four. For example, if you complete the previous favor, then you must solve three more cases for a total of four. If you do not complete the previous favor successfully, you must complete four more cases successfully to get the next favor.
