When do the my available cases reset?

Hi all. Just a quick question. I played my first 3 cases (not very well, may I add) yesterday (as in before 12:00am). It's now 12:45am EST. When will I be able to play again?

2:00am EST, which is 12:00am MST

The server time is located in the city hall main screen at the bottom.
It's about 20 minutes slow, so cases reset at about 2:20am EST.
