If u go to City Hall, scroll down until u find Submitting Content to Sleuth, and follow the directions there :)

There's a huge backlog on Featured Mysteries, so currently our admin is not accepting any new submissions.

However, you can still submit the intros to the random mysteries...Just follow the directions.
