...there should be a way to sell your contact in a city ....set up
an auction section...i would sell my barbar contact in new york to
get out of india and enough money to pay off shady...maybe set
an upper limit on the bid so it does not get crazy....or maybe
you could sell your contact only back to shady to pay shady off
or to let shady let you go to the city you want to go to..this would
be easier on admin in setting up the procedure ....

Well, it seems to me that contacts are only obtained as personal favours--you do something important for the barber, so he decides he'll always be helpful. Selling a contact wouldn't really be "realistic"--if you had a contact IRL, you couldn't really sell them, because contacts are earned thru trust and favours, you know? So I wouldn't think selling one's contact would be in the spirit of the game. Just my two cents! :)

Trading of contacts was actually suggested in the past. And, as in the past, I still agree that they take away from the spirit of the game, almost making it too easy.

I am with lilrach on this. It's part of the game to get an agency with balanced contacts.
