Imagine my shock when I was questioning the townies and realised that I no longer have this.

How can I get it back?

Is it cause I lost my shoes at the dance?

i think the 20 extra points you are talking about are for flirting and it only is there for suspects of the opposite sex

It's missing in all cases for townies since yesterday:

Base Rule Bending Chance: 36
Charming Equipment Adjustment: 3
Adjusted Rule Bending Chance: 39
It would be easier to influence Manfred by being tough.

It still is present with the suspects:

Base Sweet Talking Chance: 66
Charming Equipment Adjustment: 3
Advanced Skill Bonus: 20
Adjusted Sweet Talking Chance: 89

Granted, I may not have any clue what I'm talking about...

But should a sweet talking skill bonus effect townies, since you can't use it on them anyway? If it is working on the suspects, who you sweet talk, that would make sense to me, but I would think you'd need advanced rule bending to see the skill bonus for townies.

I actually don't have judge of character yet, so I really don't know how it works, but that is just something I thought I'd throw out there :)

You have it right Serena.

Sweet talking is for suspects, and Rule Bending is for Townies.

I have rule bending too; so why did I lose the 20 pt bonus with the townies that I had?

You need advanced rule bending for that. Maybe you thought you had it, but didn't? If you know you had it, clearly that's a scary bug that needs reporting!
