i was on a case for the barber so that i could become her contact but straight after finding the incrimnating information,my screen went blank and it took me too the login page! help!!

If you double click sometimes, especially at the end of the case it will log you out. Just log back in.
Doing a favours does NOT automatically give you a contact.
Reading the Welcome Newbie's post may help you out a bit too.
