This is really weird. Needed Big Lucy for a hunt -finally got Larry to cough up the location and was told the cabaret would be "near the docks, just south of the detective shop"

Ok, so "near the docks" is NOT "just south of the detective shop". Anyways, I waved the pointer all over NYC like a six-year old girl with a fairy wand. No Cabaret anywhere to be found! WTH???

Hi Sunny, no, in fact I made sure not to do that because I had made that mistake before, and I've been paying attention to info on threads, so I knew not to. From the page where Larry informed me of her location, I directly clicked 'leave' and started my mouse-hovering routine in the general area indicated.

As it turns out, someone else in my agency got the Big Lucy favor shortly after, and we won the thing so I'm not too concerned about it. But I do appreciate your having given my whine a look :P. Thanks!

There is no need to search with your mouse over the map. You just click CTRL+A (select all) and all the clickable areas will be selected on the map - you will see the place instantly!

I did a case after I got the location of Lucy!
Is it a big problem?
How can I fix it??
Please help!!

If you've already done a case you won't be able to visit Big Lucy this time, but it isn't a big deal...You are just out the 500 bucks. Lucy's is really only needed for people doing treasure hunts in agencies. There is some equipment you can buy from her, but it is way overpriced :)

I'm on an AVH and after a case, the "pay Larry $500" option came up. So, just to look at the place again, I clicked the link, after which the page politely asked me to leave without Larry telling me where the Cabaret was then. I immediately checked the map (clicked around all the places and everything) but I couldn't find the Cabaret. I checked my account, and I think no money was taken. I don't mind either way, but what was that?

It happens once in a while Bela. You won't get the twist but you'll get the option of paying Larry. I'm surprised that you haven't come across this before.

Oh, okay. I don't normally pay every time I get the "twist", so I never knew that could happen. Thank you very much, ypsi! :)
