Since this is the end of school and I normally am only able to get online at school, I may be here only occasionally in the next 3 months. Will this in any way affect what I have earned so far (exp points, politics, money, etc.)? If yes, how can I prevent it?

Your detective will sit here undistrubed until you come back. After a long amount of time Admin will delete inactive accounts.
Nothing on your detective will chance other than the every day faction points dropping that you have already seen. Your money, Skills, XP and the like will all be there when you get back.

All of your Faction points are below 10, so you have nothing to worry about.

Your local library may have free Internet access. You may want to look into that.
