That's easy:
1) Get used to it - I've had many cases where some suspects refused to answer even a single question. With the increase in the dificulty the chances of this happening also increase
2) Improve your interviewing skills. Since you are Smart and Charming your best choice should be to get Sweet Talking+Rule Bending+Flirting+Charm gear. After that improve either Sweet Talking or Rule Bending depending on what you need more
