This may sound weird, but how do I know someone is getting the PMs I send? They wrote to me and I wrote back but have not recieved a reply. Is it possible that the message isn't getting sent? Any help appreciated.

There is no way to know if the person you are sending to recieves the message.

You can be sure you are sending out correctly by sending one to your self. That would prove you can send and recieve.

In this case it may be a problem on their end. Did you send them one and they respond back? They may not have their pop up blocker off if they have never responded to a message.

I've sent several to myself, as you suggested, but I recieved them all. This person has written back twice. I've been trying to get the message through several times.. Maybe I'm being seen as a nuisance(sp?) and I'm being ignored? I doubt it though, since I was asked a question. THANKS SOOOOOOO MUCH R ANSETT!

It would also help to address to this particular person via a post on the public message boards. If this person refuses to reply, chances are he/she sees you as a nuisance....

In general, it is frowned on to crowd the boards with messages to people who choose not to respond, or can not respond to PM's. If they just have their pop up's blocked, eventually they will figure it out and get your message.

Sara...I will assume this is the thread you told me that was meant for me :) I have been receiving your PMs just fine. However, Im a busy lady these days. I contact everyone as I have the time to.....so just be patient ;)
