I can't get a motive for someone, but I have all the evidence to accuse her. The only other person who is able to give me a motive won't talk unless I can do something to get him to talk, but there are no options. I absolutely cannot get a motive for her... what do I do now?

have you asked the townies? they can offer some new suspects sometimes. then you can go to them and ask motive. if this wont work, you will probly have to quit, Good luck!

A few questions.
Did the fortune teller say you have all of your suspects?
If not ask the WE townies if they know something about the case.
After that step, did any new name(s) come up?
If so go to the new name(s) and see if you can get a motive for the person you have the evidence for. If you can't get a motive at that point the case is a lost cause. Also keep in mind the way to lower the probability of that happening in the future is to ask for motive first until you have a complete list of suspects.
