...perhaps subscribers could have a different color for their
name so that when you go thru the boards a neon green name
refers to a subscriber....one would not then have to pull up the
detective page to see if they are so or not then...

To make it as simple as possible.

All the information on the Who is Logged in Now page comes from the Detectives Bio page.

It doesn't matter where it comes from, it's redundant having that info on that board.

As once logged on, they're active, doesn't matter how long they have been inactive :)

If the info is taken from the detective page then there is no reason why the section about status wont be taken. Then we can see if someone is subbed.
