Ok I just had a big problem. I falsely accused once again, and now I've got 2 false accusations. Shady wants 1700!!!!!! I've only got a bit more than 9 and I'm SCARED. What do I do? I cant retire after going so far.

I've been using the following info as my sleuth bible. I just did my 5th ridiculously hard and got a false accusation after a long long time. Tell me, can the following info be fully trusted even at such high levels :-

Easy = 5-6 suspects, fake / no alibi,
Intermediate = 6-7 suspects, 3 fake/ no alibi
Hard = 8 suspects, 3 fake / no alibi
Really Hard = 8 suspects, 4 fake / no alibi
Really Really Hard = 8-9 suspects, 5 fake / no alibi
Incredibly Hard = 8-9 suspects, 5 fake / no alibi,
Stupendously Hard = 9-10 suspects, 6 with fake / no alibi
Ridiculously Hard = 10-11 suspects, 7 with fake / no alibi
Almost Impossible = 10-11 suspects, 7-8 with fake / no alibi

If not, do tell me cos the last thing I wanna do is sell all my equipment (including a 12000$ silver handed cane) straight away to pay shady his fees.

Jai, just do easy or intermediate cases, following the above formulae, until you make the money. It'll be okay. And for God's sake, quit beating around the bush and SUBSCRIBE ALREADY!!!

And there is at least one error in the above list. AI cases have 7 suspects with fake/no alibi.

Also your stats for Intermediate, Hard and Really Hard aren't quite accurate either ;)

Just go back down and do them, Nephi. After a certain point you can't open beginner cases, but you can open easy cases and above whenever you like.

As I've said before on the message boards, those stats for each case level are COMPELTELY untrustable. They are old information and are post-update. There was an update that made things random. Before, those were always right. Now, they are only sometimes right. NEVER trust them to save you from a FA.

I trust my list of levels completly. Jojo was there a change recently? I know the list in sleuth helper is not fully adapted, but I thought mine was. Unless something has changed in the last few weeks.

No, there was a change WAY back...

If I remember correctly, it changed a few of these - Particularly the ones lower than really really.

Of course, it can be trusted a fair percentage of the time, I just wouldn't put my trust in it completely.

Yes, there was a change and as you say "way back" which is why Reda's list is still good ;)

Hey Everyone, thanks for the help. I had to sell a beret and a silver handle cane, I payed 12000 for it and only got 4800 :( in return, along with all the money I had, to pay shady a whole 18500$. The loss of the cane and all my money has left a big dent but atleast I dont have to worry abou 2 FAs.
The last thing I'll ever do again is to falsely accuse. Shady's too pricey. Cant we have a case in which somebody murders Shady. I'd love to solve it and instead of the client paying me money, I'll pay him. ;)
