OK, I've got Advanced ST, Advance RB, Flirting, Research, Lockpicking, Thread Analysis and Hair Analysis. I'me about to get 8 skill points. Should aim for interrogation and start my toughness skills or should I go for Advanced Hair or Thread Analysis.

PS: Lockpicking was interesting but as you already have it.....

Don't get any interrogation skills unless you also have enough for judge of character, too...so I'd say improve on Advanced Hair or Thread Analysis. Check out the Welcome Newbies thread, if you're still confused.:)

Yeah, advanced hair and thread are probably the way to go.

However, once you start contemplating getting the tough interviewing skills, it can be a good idea to save your skill points so that you can get all of them up to Advanced Interrogation and Advanced Intimidation + Judge of Character (without it you'll be left having to guess whether to use one or the other) in one go - if you get them gradually, chances are that your advanced charm skills will still have the higher chance of working anyway :)

Definately get the rest of the Smarts skills first. This will help you narrow down suspects in harder cases.

The Hypnotism skill available from the Order of Socrates (need at least +25 favour with them) would probably be more use to you than going for the tough skills at first. As Greyling mentioned, save up lots of points (60'ish) before going for them, so you can "buy" them all at once.

Safe Cracking from La Cosa Nostra is useless to you, unless you intend to subscribe and join an agency.

Pick Pocketing from Dies Arcanium Brotherhood is not worth the points it costs in my opinion.

The other faction skills are unavailable unless you subsribe, allowing you to travel to other cities.

Thanks alot! I guess Advance Hair or Thread will be a much better choice.
