when working a case, if a physical evidence belong to someone with a fake alibi, does it automatically mean that he/she is the culprit?

thanks in advance...

If a physical evidence (or witness evidence) belongs to someone with a fake or no aliby, they are ALWAYS guilty.

The formula again (as seen in the Welcome Newbies thread for a return engagement!! A thread not to be missed raves one critic!!!)

liar/no alibi + PE = guilty
liar/no alibi + WE = guilty
WE + WE = guilty

Remember that WE+PE does NOT equal guilty.
