Nothing. It's a random twist, for your entertainment. Try not to take these things to seriously; the only two times the twists have any significance is 1) when Larry the Toe and Lucy's Cabaret are mentioned (important for treasure hunts when you are in an agency) and 2)when faction standings are affected (the picture of the woman with the magnifying glass). Otherwise, it's just entertainment.
