Would it be possible to give directors (and perhaps officers) the ability to "commandeer" equipment from lower ranking members of one's agency? I'm sure many other agencies suffer from the same problem, when new agents take gear, log off with them, and then don't log in again to get your many PM's. You don't want to kick them out, because they're holding $10,000 in gear...
I know, I know: "What stops officers/directors from abusing this privilege to take gear that belongs to those agents" & "Agency equipment policies should be instilled in new agents." & "That's why we have the rookie to agent promotion privilege difference." & "That's why there's officer/director only tags"
However, no matter what agencies do, there still will be agents who take gear and then take a vacation. Perhaps if a "commandeering" feature was only given to directors?
Am I out on a limb here (which is quite possible) or is this a concern others have also?

No wait on second thought give them the boot!!!!I mean it is the Agencys locker and without being in an agency you can only have what you have on right. So does every agency charge for locker use and to store cases, not to mention help with those cases. Or how about the ability to go on THs another separate charge for that??
I know that all may sound funny but that is kind of my point to each agency their own. I am even thinking about charging Detectives a fee for resigning from agency or being kicked out!!HEHE
