Hi, just started playing today and I love it.
I have a couple questions of favors and "odd jobs," though. First, how many favors can you perform per day before subscribing? Second, does falsly accusing a suspect cause other characters not to want to get your help, cause I did that once *note to self...never again...just quit* and now no one else wants to hire me? Thirdly, if no one wants to hire you, how do you find someone? Finally, are odd jobs truly a good thing to do?
Thanks,
Serena

For an unsubbed detective, since u have 3 cases, u will get one favor per day.
If u falsly accuse, that has nothing to do with anyone not wanting your help. You don't want to get 3 false accusations, you will get retired. When in doubt, quit, dont guess. :)
The Little Jobs are a good thing if u are trying to get in good with a faction head.
There is a Welcome Newbie thread you should read. It has alot of great info!! :)

One extra point here.
If you are successful in your favor case then it is 3 more to earn the next favor. If you quit that favor it will take you 4 more solves to earn the next favor.

Really? I never knew that.
But, if you're talking about random mysteries, somebody will ALWAYS be willing to hire you.

Also check the mod picks. There are some good threads there to help you start.

Just to add to the explanation on why you haven't been able to get another townsperson to ask you for a favour. If you quit or get a false on any case or favour you will have to do an extra case to get to the next favour which if you're unsubscribed means you'll go a day without getting a favour :)
