Maybe it should give you a box asking:

Do you really want to close this agency? YES/NO

Like the one you get when accusing or quitting a case.

I don't think people need to be too paranoid. It can happen (obviously), but it is not very likely to happen, ie. it won't happen easily. I guess it explains why it is the first time that it did happen. There is a confirmation process when you want to quit an agency, the leave agency link is sort of seperated from the other links. And if you know you are the only director....
It is sort of like getting three falses by the same fluke. It happens, I had an agent above 1 million accidentally retire, who was convinced she had NO falses (ie not one or two.) You get even less warning there "if you accuse now, you will retire yourself."...........oh man I wish!!!!

If you are the sole director and you leave the agency it disolves. Just disapears around you.

If you are the sole director and get 3 falses, the agency still exsists, but has no director. Moonlighting had this happen a while back. Admin was able to help them recover because there were people in the agency still.

In our case there was no agency to be in.

And yes Reda there is a box that you click yes on. If if had been flashing pink neon I might have read more carefully it is true. I honestly did not read it all obviously, only the last part about click Yes to continue.

Perhaps a different color background on the text?

I remember one time when Chelsea Brondo was the sole Director and resigned and the agency was fine... just Directorless. Ben had to reinstate her as Director or something. At least, I'm pretty sure that's what happened.

Hence, I was wondering how this could happen and if there was a change.

And if it's that easy to dissolve a whole agency, then maybe there needs to be a change, since it's so sad and devastating.

But I know what it's like when you think you've clicked on something and then just keep clicking "Yes", I've gotten a FA that way :)

Wow, I am shocked to see Mojo gone.
I am very sorry for your loss of time and effort.
Is it really all gone just like that?
I mean, wouldn't all the information still be there on the servers?
Isn't there anything Ben can do to fix it?

I only partially know how you feel RAnstett, I was horrified to see that I messed up on that case and got myself retired leaving poor Skip directorless. I have made sure that won't happen again.

I thought there were other directors in Mojo too though. So I guess I don't understand how it could happen either.

We had three directors in January of 05.

Jojo left shortly after that.

It was Moon and my self as Directors until she went in the hosptial for her brain surgery two weeks ago. (she is out and doing very well now, she has expressed her thanks to those who send well wishes).

I was in the middle of promoting someone who had just returned from a hiatus when this happened.

Pandoras (Chelsea's old agency) is gone also. I do not know any details of that, people would have to ask her.

As I have said in my weekly Bio updates, it would be childish to cry to Ben and say "I didn't mean it, please give it back to me".

What I did was a mistake and it would not be fair to get a "do over" any more than getting a fourth try at a false acusation. There are consequences to our actions.

I am saddend by the loss of the first agency that gave me a chance. But I know that every one that was there is fine and moving on to another agency. And thank you to all those friends and aquaintances who have stepped up and helped us all in our time of need. That is a favor that I am sure no Mojo will ever forget.

I look at it like this... The older more successful agencies that were truly the original trailblazers in this game have set the bar for others to reach to. No one will ever forget the "Mega Agencies", and no one will ever take your fame because you all were first.

Thank you, Mr. Brubaker. They have indeed provided the rest of us with a wonderful legacy to uphold. We at Omega will continue to be inspired by them.
We also welcome Charlie Cain with open arms and friendly hearts. We are very glad he has joined our organization. Thank you also, Mr. Cain.
