Who is Larry the Toe, besides a guy offering to sell you information? Is the info helpful? Right now he's wondering if I'd like to give him $500 for the location of Big Lucy's Cabaret. What is that, and is it worth the money?

For you, it would be a waste of money. That is only good if you are in an agency, and need him in a hunt. The items there are also overly priced :) save your money :)
