is there a maximum contact per city? because i noticed that most people who has two contacts per city cannot even have three? i already have two can i add another one?
and can you remove someone as a contact?

It can be very time consuming. I know of one detective who had to quit over 100 favors before she got the contact she needed in a particular city. That is probably one of the most extreme cases, but... And my other detective had to do over 40 favors in one city before she finally got a PE contact. I highly recommend getting your contacts while your favors are below Incredibly Hard level. *smile*

well... technically, you really will get one PE contact and one WE contact right? you cannot get two PE...

Right. One PE and one WE.
Um, I'm not sure about that one. I've never been offline long enough to notice a difference. (true addict here) But, I do know that the cases you do can affect your faction standing, which you have already probably figured out. I'm afraid one of the others will have to answer that one.

Faction scores go down overnight by at least one point for everyone as long as your score is over 10 (I think).
