I know there are a lot of politicians in Sleuth, and I was wondering about them.
-How do they "get to know" you more? Do you just improve your standings with them?
-What are the "little jobs" they give you? What level do they start at?
-Where is the Order O Socrates on the map? All I can find is the Arcanan Brotherhood and La Cosa Notra.
That's all of those questions.

Also, in one of the mysteries, I "fell in love" with the client. It turns out the client was guilty. Do the characters actually have a "romance", or does the person always end up guilty?

Thanks!:D

1. Sometimes you get a split screen between cases. The woman with the magnifying glass. It says if it is good or bad for your standing with a faction. By doing that you get faction points. Also you can get faction points by the little jobs.
2. They start at easy. Everybody gets them. they start at +1 (or 0?)
3. Visit the mayors office.

No the fell in love part has nothing to do with the outcome of the case.

To get a politic or faction to know you more you just improve your standings with them. The Order of Scrates in the mayor's office at city hall. Little jobs are jobs that they give you to improve your standings with them but decreases the standings with other factions. when you fall in love is one of the twists that can happen in a random mystery there are many other twists but i don't spoil other people.

To clear up the standing issue:

+1 you can enter and do little jobs
+10 you can open up hunts for that Faction if you are part of an agency
+25 you can learn the special skill that Faction teaches, with the appropriate skill points.
+30 you get the best deal on gear from that Faction
