How much trust do I need in order to be able to learn the Hypnotism skill?

WIth any faction, you need to be +25 with them for them to each you their skill.

And hypnotism is that of the Order of Socrates.

To point out here also, you need both the high faction standing (25+ ) for them to teach you, and you also need the Skill Points to be able to purchase the skill.

But Mr. Kumi, as you being a recent detective, I would concentrate in getting either the tought / charming set of skills and then the smarts skills prior to getting the faction skills.

Faction skills are very usefull (most of them) but they only complement the basic skills. They are nice to have but without the basic, you will have a hard time in the game.
