If you mean what the difference between unsubscribed and subcribed people is?
Both can particpate on the message boards and be part of the community.
Both get the same chances at contacts.
Un-Subbed get 3 cases per day, plus favors.
Subbed get 10 cases per day, plus favors.
Subbed get to join agencies & work together.
Subbed get to travel to other cities.
Subbed get to do Featured Mysteries.
It is well worth the price of subscription even if you don't have time for 10 cases per day. Just the extra interaction in an agency and the compeition there makes it worthwhile.

Or alternatively, you play the game as an unsubbed person and check everything out. If you want to find out what the difference is if you are subbed, then visit my mod picks. :)
