Do you have to be subscribed to join an agency? There are lots of people who have joined agencies who are listed as unsubscribed, but everyone keeps insisting that you HAVE to be subscribed. In the rules it says you have to be subscribed to start an agency or move to different city. But it doesn't say anything about joining an agency.

You have to be subscribed to JOIN an agency.

After you are in an agency if your subscription lapses then you are allowed to still remain in the agency.

You loose the other subscriber benefits of 10 cases, travel & Featured Mysteries.
