Well if you have the clues, go for it. In a sec I'll paste a quick formula. If you don't you just have to quit. It's better than having to get a case wrong, and pay Shady.

The simple formula is:
Liar/none + PE = guilty
Liar/none + WE = guilty
WE + WE = guilty

But there's one small problem ... I'm not far enough in the mystery to use that yet. Everyone's 'clamming up' before I can ask them anything, and I don't have the skills to convince them to talk. Any suggestions?

Be sure you ask for Motive first.
Then ask your suspects for Alibi.
Then compare the PE.
That will get you the most questions answered for your skills. As your interview skills increase (tough or charming skills) then you will get more questions answered.
