Ok, I just started my first case, I have interveiwed all the people and checked out their alibies. One of the alibies was fake and another didn't have an alibi. All the physical evidence I have is 'Handwritting' that I found at the crime scene. I'm am totally oblivious as to what to do next, a little help please? Thanks!

To check handwriting you visit the Bank and talk to the teller. Ask who the handwriting matches.

First check the fake alibi and the no alibi. If it is one of them then you have found your murderer.
