Once I find one piece of witness evidence against someone with a fake alibi, can I stop immediately and accuse them or should be looking for more evidence.

I am doing a hard case and I found the WE + fake alibi rather quickly and am worried that I might need more evidence.

You just got lucky, take advantage of it!

liar/none + PE = guilty
liar/none + WE = guilty
WE + WE = guilty

So go ahead and earn that reward!

Thanks. After I wrote that I checked and it was a really hard case so I guess I got really lucky.
