I was just wondering if anyone could answer me this:
Do the things you can buy with the factions get cheaper, the better your status is? Does it keep getting cheaper and cheaper or does it stop at some point?
Also... how come I only have access to two places to visit faction headquarters (currently the church and the real state agency)?

They gear they sell does get cheaper the better your standing is. Once you get past the 30 mark is the cheapest.

There are three factions per city.

For NY you have the two you mentioned plus the Order of Socrates in City Hall.

You have to have a positive standing with any agency to be allowed inside of the doors.
