I am not sure what I should do next. No one is talking to me anymore, i visted every place on the map, i am not getting any more clues... In my case there are two people that could possibly be the murderer. What should I do to get closter to solving the case?

Sounds like you'll need to quit the case. Have you tried the tutorial? Are you working the beginner or easy level cases? Don't try anything too hard yet, you need to build up your skills before tackling the higher levels.
