is there something that you have to do to get the towns ppl to let u do them favors? if so what? or do u have 2 be @ a certain level or sumthn? please would someone fill me in on the whole favors deal? please -and-thank-you! : )

you can do favors for the townies after you have 3 solved cases.
If you are successful at that favor then in 3 more cases you will earn another favor. If you fail the favor case then it will take 4 more solved cases to earn another favor.

the banker keeps telling me to come back after i have solved my current case, but when i finish it and go to the next case and go to the banker she tells me the same thing again. What am i doing wrong?!? : (
please help me!

You can only do a favor for someone when you do not have a case open.
After you solve your curent case (or put it in the case files as part of an agency) then you go to the Map and go back to the banker.
Then when you ask to do a favor the new favor case will start from there.
