I figure out that Shady can clear them.... so when is it best to clear them? Should you wait till you have two? or does he increase the price?

The price increases based on your Experience point total at the time you pay off Shady.

When you pay him off it removes all Falses, so waiting until you have two might save you money if you go a long time between false accusations.

Oh, and you do not want 3 Falses.

Death and Dismemberment.

Never to Sleuth again.

If you are subscribed you can transfer the remaining of your subscription over to a new detective.

Basically: YES. It is better to wait until 2. I hope this clears it up for you.
Happy Sleuthing.

Thank you soooo much for your responses. : )

umm... will there ever be a time when you don't have money to pay him (shady)?

"death and dismemberment" I am scared now... : (

One more question... does your experience affect what cases you can work on? I noticed I couldn't do beginner cases anymore.

also are there consequences for quitting a case?

I am sorry if I am asking too many questions.. I barely found this site and I am hooked... but I know I still have much to learn.

You can quit as many as you like.

If you don't have enough money to pay Shady, you can use money from your agency, sell things or just be EXTREMLY careful until you have enough money.

As you gain more experience, harder cases will open.

Ridic. Hard is 20 000 ? while you can't open AIs until 100 000 exp. points.
The list is on the Newbie boards somewhere.

If you retire your detective and you are subbed, the account will be transfered. You will need to remember your detective name and talk to Sleuth Admin 'cause I don't really know what happens.

Feel free to PM anytime.

Only level that gets "closed" is beginner. The rest you can continue doing as long as you want.
