Does anyone know of any way at all as to how one may take a character out of retirement. Will subscribing help?

if u like the name of the detective that got retired, the only thing u can do is spell it different or something like that. Like my first detective was Makenzie Brewer. She got retired, and I created the same name, just with Makensie being spelled with an S, instead of a Z. Thats the only way to use the same name, if its the name u want...other than that, the detective itself, as Arab said, is permanent, subscribed or not.

Wait, even the legendary Makensie Brewer has a retired detective. I am shocked!
