Well this is kinda late but what the heck.
Friday I passed my physical fitness test.
Thats something we have to do twice a year as a Marine
we run 3 miles with a time limit
we have to do at least 3 pull ups
and 55 crunces in 2 minutes
I ran 3 miles in 25:44 did 11 pull ups and 100 crunches in 2 minutes.
not bad for a 25 yr old who just got off recruiting duty.
