Is there a guaranteed number of suspects that will provide WE pointing to the murderer? Is that number greater than one? Will that number always be the same?

Yes, as far as we know there will always be 2 suspects providing evidence against the murdere and 1 suspect pointing at someone with a real alibi.

However, there was talk about some deviation on the Almost Impossible level, but don't think anything has been confirmed yet :)
