Can't Click on the icon, Kirsten to talk to her, and can't talk to the victim's son.

I can't click on the two icons, Kirsten's icon to question her, and the victim's son, to question him. Any suggestions?

we would need a lot more information to go on here.
One thing to point out that when working your suspect list the pictures are not links. So you would need to click on the suspects name to talk to her.
Second read the text provided, perhaps that suspect has clammed up and will not talk to you?

Yes, I clicked on the suspect's name, but it won't light up like the other suspect's links do. I think Kirsten has clammed up and so has the victim's son.
