I want to join an established agency, preferrably one that would help me get rank and skills advanced. Need help with additional cases instead of just the 10 so I can get advanced more quickly. Not sure if there are any around like that, there was last time I was a member though.

Kiandra, you have to be subsribed to join an agency.

There are lots of perks for subscribing, try it for a month I bet you will like it.
