Everyone has seen the screens where there is a ghost of dead person (who ends up NOT being dead in the end), person trying to kill you, rank with different factions going up and down. Just wondering... do these screens mean anything or are they just an annoying part of the game, like speeding past and advertisement lol. I never read em, just scroll down and click continue. If they do mean something or are meant to help I need to know so I'll start paying attention to them.

The Faction twist scenes mean something ..it effects your faction ratings, either negative or positive. So if u are working the Green hand, for example, you look at the Faction twist and if it says, your ratings will go up with Green hand and ratings will go down for Eastern Triads you would want to do that case. If you dont want your ratings to go up with GH ,u would quit so, that twist is the only one you pay attention to. The others dont mean anything.....:)

Thats what I figured... I knew about the factions one, have a hard time quitting them though, is it possible to store them for another person in the agency for example to complete?

Yes you can store cases in the files when you are in your Agencies Home City. When you are traveling you have to either take the hit to your faction standing or quit the case.
