I recently had to quit a case, and I wondered how many cases have you been forced to quit from.

I quit a TON of cases when I first started. I tried to take on too hard of cases before I was ready. And I ended up quitting a ton to get certain contacts for Fat Kitten, so I have a large amount. However, paying Shady now would be ridiculous for me, well over 500,000, so I will quit a case anytime now. Better safe than sorry. I would hate to have to start over after all this time.

Not too bad so far, 3 quit, 83 solved, but more Falses than I care to divulge... let's just say that Shady and I are on a first-name basis.
BUT NO MORE! No more shall I say "well, It's definitely either him or her... what the heck...", as I've already had to take out a third mortgage to "take care of" my transgressions...

I do play an ocassional game sometimes. But only if 2 pieces of evidence are with my contact. Because i am THAT lazy. I am too embarassed to say how many quits I have, I don't know how many, but A LOT.

1139 Cases played

86 quit

Various reasons for quitting, about 10 were trying to get a contact, many were from before i had an agency and I couldn't get the answer...and the rest, laziness, i would start a case, then see all the evidence and then quit it...especially if it was a favor i didn't need....but i try not to quit too, want to get the percentage down :)

It takes time to gain the skills to solve cases and it is better to quit then end up down some alley without your detective licence.

I usually quit if I get a faction case I cant give away or in the beginning when I wanted a certain contact. When I first started I needed to quit cases when I couldnt solve them, but that doesnt happen any more. My agency will help if Im stuck.

So, my ratio for quit case is about 1:14. Not bad.
