Quit Cases

I would like to establish an idea that quit cases can be cleared off your record. I know that some detectives, including me, don't like having too many quit cases on thier record. Currently, I have a couple of ideas.

1. You can pay Shady to clear all records, including quits. However, Shady is one greedy person and this idea sounds like he would bankrupt you to get your record clear.
2. Have a specific person in each city have you complete a favor. Once that favor is over, that person will automactically clear all quits off your records.

It sounds like a good idea, but I have some doubts that this will get through. If you guys have other ideas about this "quit case" problem, post them here. :)

Seeing as there is no real negative part of having quit cases, you shouldn't worry about getting rid of them.

I can live with having the quits there, but I would like to see the number of cases that Shady has cleared for me also. To give me a total number of cases attempted number for example.

I agree with Curtiss West there should either a way to pay shady to clear everything or maybe threw doing someone a favor(tailor, barber, ect) they offer you a chance to clear your quit cases or prize(shoes, coat ,whatever). This way you can pick which one you want ,maybe not all the time but every now and again it gives you a choice.

Quit cases are no big deal to me. They cant hurt you so, I dont see a real point in having a way to erase quit cases.

Quitting cases make up 1/3 of my cases. I don't care how much other detectives are mad at me because of it. What matters is how much I feel I have accomplished in Sleuth.

I have only quit 18 cases and i have completed 72. Though my question to you all is what are your reasons for quitting a case? Most of my quits are for the Politics trying to get in good with one faction and not hurting it.

Mine used to be because of the factions but now that I have all the faction skills, except for the Order, I quit a case that I get alot of clam ups on and cant go any further. Only time I quit :)

I find I'm quitting so many cases these days that I'm wondering if the game suddenly got harder. I know it's just poor luck, but the other day alone I think I had to quit like 6. My question: what kind of podiatrist finds herself hanging out with four slim people at 1 am on a tuesday, lol???

Answer: THE BEST DAMN PODIATRIST IN THE WORLD!

Mark's point is a good one, some of those were for the sake of greasing the factions, and I'm actually working two at once...hence twice the opportunities to quit.
