I have two questions about the mechanics of the game:
1) When questioning people, how much does an intermediate or advanced skill add compared to equipment modifiers (ie. intermediate sweet talking = 4 charm)? Or are the characters each coded to accept only a certain level (ie. minimum intermediate + 1)?
2) Do your characteristics (smart/charming etc) only matter in determining the cost of new skills... Are the interviews based only on skills + equipment? Or do the characteristics add a variable to the interview (would a very charming have an easier time questioning with the same skills as a very smart?
