I'm toying with the idea of buying an order of socrates pendant, but I don't know what slot it fills on my detective. If anyone could help me, I'd appreciate it.

If u mean does it take up head slot or one of the (I suppose you'd call it them the) 'arm' slots, then it takes up one of the arm slots. Medals, pins, weapons, monkeys paws, rasputin's eggs (*coughs*) blood hounds, they all fill up the arm slots. left or right doesn't matter.

I don't think it's a good idea to buy/.. I think by doing favours you get gear soon.. and you might need the money for something else :)
Not to mention the stats aren't all the fantastic.

I wouldn't waste my cash on it, I've got about 5 of them from favors already and sold every one. You'll get that and much better stuff from favors so save the money you have for bribes and paying Shady.
