Knowing it isn't the first Birthday to be celebrated in this part of City Hall, as she's thrown a few herself, she smiles as she watches the crowd. She places her gift in the middle of the mountain of packages, and avoids the punch. Chuckling as Mak weaves on the dancefloor, amazed that she hasn't tumbled yet, she exchanges pleasantries with her friends while waiting to greet the guest of honor.
"Happy Birthday, Lady Emerald. May all your wishes come true. Looks like Christmas is the theme, so...." Reaching into her jacket she pulls out a santa cap and places it on LED's head with a grin. With a hug and a wink she slips off to find Autum and compliment her on the great party.

hehehe thanks cfm, I only had a few minutes to get it done, so it's not as elaborate as I have done in the past, but it got the point across.
River- sorry if I offended you, just thought it would be fun. Since it's not sleuth related I put it in the lounge, and didn't think anyone would care.
