Problem with subscription

the server crashed on friday night for me.. Befor ethe server time change. I was still in subscriber status at that time. Then all of saturday (my last subscription day) and all of sunday the sever was down.
Now, it's monday and I can finially get back into work on cases and all.. but.. i'm no longer subscribbed? And i've been jacked out of two days worth of subscription time?
I paid for 30 days of sub time, and only get 26 days?
needless to say.. I'm really peeved about it.

If you noticed the news as of now you should have been credited with 3 days of time to your subscription.
Contact admin through the help page for clarification on your situation.
Admin (Ben) has always been very good about giving us credit for time the server is down. This time the server was down just over 48 hours (by my personal experience of NEEEEDING my Sleuth fix) and we were credited with 72 extra hours. Not a bad deal at all.

And we just had a reset for the cases so hurry up and complete them.
