By the way, I looked and you are in good with La Cosa Nostra. Their safe cracking skill will not do you any good being unsubscribed. It is only used for treasure hunts that require finding keys to finish the hunt. And you can not do hunts unless you are in an agency, and to be in an agency you must be subbed. And most experienced detectives will advise people to get their interviewing skills (all charm or tough, not both) and their smart skills before worrying about faction skills.
